I move technology brands into 56 countries.
CEO at TLM. IT distribution and logistics across the Gulf, Africa and Central Asia, since 1997.
Their biggest channel in the region, and the brand we built the enterprise networking practice around.

Won on geography. We had people and warehouses in markets their existing partners did not cover.

The brand that proves the model: technical, price-sensitive, and impossible to sell without real support.

They invest in the market with us, fund the sales resource and train the team. That is how categories get built.

I run a distribution business. A brand can build the best access point in the world and it still does not reach a shop in Lagos, or Almaty, or Abidjan, on its own. Closing that gap is the entire job, and it is what I have spent my career doing.
TLM started in a 100 sq ft office in Dubai in 1997. Today it is 250 people across five entities, three of them in West Africa, with 850,000 sq ft of warehousing between Jebel Ali and Dubai South, including a facility built specifically for chemical and dangerous goods.
We are the largest Ubiquiti distributor in the Middle East, and we carry more than 20 brands into markets most distributors will not fly to. We rarely win an appointment by being the biggest. We win it by already being there, with stock on the ground, credit that works, and somebody who picks up the phone.
None of that scales without people, so I sit in close to 600 interviews a year and read more than 2,400 resumes. I still walk the warehouse floor most weeks. I am always hiring smart people.
